At the moment, pets are not allowed inside our venue. Since we regularly feature live bands and amplified music, the noise levels may not be comfortable or suitable for pets. This also helps us maintain the comfort, safety, and dining experience of all our guests. We appreciate your understanding.

There is no door charge for our regular live music nights. However, special events may require a ticket or have an admission fee. Any applicable ticket prices will be announced in advance.

Reservation Guidelines

• • 1–7 guests: No reservation fee required.
• • 8 guests or more: A ₱1,000 Table Reservation Fee is required to confirm your booking.

The reservation fee is:

• ✅ Fully deductible from your final bill
• ✅ Fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before your reservation
• ❌ Non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation or for no-shows
• 📢 Note: The ₱1,000 reservation fee is for regular dining reservations only. Ticketed events and special events are subject to their own ticketing and reservation guidelines.

Reservation Policy

• • Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
• • Tables are held for 15 minutes from the confirmed arrival time. After the grace period, A's Hub may release the reserved table without prior notice.
